Welcome to GeneaHistory!
At
GeneaHistory we specialize in Ozarks and Midwestern genealogy, as well as
researching and writing about the Ozarks. After working for many
years in the accounting field, I returned to school and completed my B. A. in
History and Ozark Studies from Missouri State University in Springfield,
Missouri. It seemed a natural progression to integrate my love of history
with my genealogical research. I am currently a graduate student studying
U.S. and global history, with an emphasis on Ozarks history and culture. I am
available for historical and genealogical research in Greene County and most of
southwest Missouri. I am also available for researching and writing
family histories. My first book, a postcard history of Springfield, will be published in 2014.
